Software Upgrades

Charge Software is now available for Furnace Corrections. Used in conjunction with your analysed results this software can select from an inventory of your materials the additions required to bring your melt to the required Grade or Alloy specification.

The additions to the furnace are calculated to the least cost charge and savings can be huge over a year of operation! Just a few cents per kilo saved, per melt, can result in some enormous cost reductions!

A spectrometer result....a few key operations....and you have a solution to your furnace additions, at the lowest possible price!

Also available is the option to work out initial Charges to the furnace at least cost charge. Ensure each melt is not only chemically correct but using materials that keep down costs!!
